Monty's Code, LLC Terms of Service (Effective Mar 2025)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites: applications, or services provided by Monty's Code, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.  

2. Description of Services  

Monty's Code, LLC is a MacOS consulting company in Torrance CA that specializes in automating workflows, creating macros, photography, videography, audio & video editing.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create and share through our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Monty's Code, LLC, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and logos, are the property of Monty's Code, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.   You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent. Any code created for a paying client, will be transferred to said client upon full payment for services.

Monty's Code, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our services.   Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication and negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties agree to then determine the most appropriate method for resolving the dispute, which may include, but is not limited to, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. The decision on the most appropriate method will be made jointly by both parties in good faith."

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
